By accessing or using the services provided by Solution Guru Brands, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). You are not permitted to use our services if you do not agree to these terms. If you use our Strategic Accountability Solutions, these additional terms of conditions apply.

However, please note that the use of technology, such as email, text, phone, Skype, and other platforms, may not always be entirely secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the use of these technologies.
Liability and Limitation of Liability
Solution Guru Brands strives to provide high-quality services to our clients. However, we cannot guarantee the success or outcomes of any strategic initiatives or decisions made based on our recommendations. It is important to note that our services are provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or guarantees.
In no event shall Solution Guru Brands, or any of its directors, officers, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Modification of Terms and Services
Solution Guru Brands reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate our services, as well as modify these Terms of Service, at any time and without prior notice. Any amendments to the Terms of Service will be posted on our website with the specified effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications made. If you do not agree with the amended Terms of Service, your only option is to cease using our services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Solution Guru Brands understands that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel a service. Please review our cancellation policy below:
All solution services are non-refundable because consultation time is non-refundable. We value the time and expertise of our consultants and therefore cannot offer refunds for any time spent on providing consultation services.If you need to cancel a service, we kindly ask that you do so at least 30 days before the billing due date. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to our schedules and resources.In the event that you cancel a service before the deliverable date, a Kill Fee value will be charged. The specific Kill Fee value will be stated in your agreement with us. This fee is necessary to compensate our team for the work already completed and any potential loss of revenue.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the state of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
